Championships at the Forces Equine Games

The Championships at the Forces Equine Games represent the pinnacle of competition, bringing together the highest-performing riders from across our qualifying leagues.

In the lead-up to the event, competitors take part in league competitions, with the top 10 members from each league earning qualification for the Championship classes. This ensures our finals showcase consistency, dedication, and excellence.

However, the opportunity to compete at Championship level remains open — riders can still qualify on Day 1 of the Forces Equine Games, giving participants a final chance to secure their place in the finals and be part of the main event.

Alongside our Championship classes, we are proud to offer a range of Open Classes, designed to welcome wider participation. These classes provide an inclusive opportunity for riders of all levels to compete, gain experience, and be part of the Forces Equine Games atmosphere.

In addition, the Forces Equine Games will be hosting qualifiers for the Sunshine Tour Championships at Hickstead this September. These qualifiers are open to anyone and everyone, offering riders an exciting pathway to compete at one of the UK’s most iconic equestrian venues.

Whether competing for a Championship title, aiming to qualify for Hickstead, or taking part in our Open Classes, every competitor contributes to the spirit of the event — combining skill, sportsmanship, and community.
