HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Forces Equine Games #FEG has been created to give our Weekend, Grassroots & Elite riders their very own Championships.
Championship section (classes) you will need to be a full Forces Equine member to be eligible to compete in this section at #FEG at the time of the games. Open classes will include non members and members who have not qualified for the Championship sections.
We take our Championships very seriously, but you must have fun, and it is for like minded people who serve, have served our country & dependants of our Armed Forces and Emergency Responders who enjoy all equestrian activities in their down time.
Our Championships has been devised for you. If you have any suggestions for classes or improvements to our event please let us know and we will do our utmost to make it happen.
WHAT IS THE FORCES EQUINE GAMES #FEG?
As we said the Forces Equine Games was formed to give Armed Forces & Emergency Responder riders serving, veterans and dependants of, their very own championships. Now in our 14th year we have quickly become an established highlight in the equestrian calendar.
Our Emergency Responders are Police, Ambulance Service, Air Ambulance Service, Fire Service, HM Coastguard, Lifeboat Service, Mountain Rescue Service, Border Force, MoD, Government Services & Agencies and the NHS. Our Armed Forces consist of the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force.
The event takes place over 2 days in 2023 and features classes within the disciplines of show jumping, dressage and combine training. We also have fun classes in the evening and entertainment that includes the whole family.
We feel that there are numerous championship shows currently available for the riders within these sectors. The Forces Equine Games is aimed solely at those equestrian riders who ONLY compete when they can around their busy life and to say thank you for all that you do on everyday. HOW DO YOU ENTER?
Anybody may enter from the sectors above who are serving, ex-serving & dependants of. We also allow guests to attend but if the event is over subscribed, guests will be balloted and full refunds will be given if you do not make the ballot.
We host Open Dressage & Show Jumping Classes that do not require qualification. Entries for #FEG will open soon, look out on our Social Media channels or sign up to our newsletter to stay up to date for all the latest information!
